Transition Nurse Program

Transition Nurse Program is for Texas Health employees who are experienced nurses changing specialties. The specialty internships offered are: behavioral health, critical care, tele/PCU, neonatal intensive care (NICU), emergency department (ED), acute care, cath lab, interventional radiology, operating room (OR) and perinatal. Enrollment into the courses requires the approval of the hiring manager.
