THR Journal Article Review - Wellbeing as Perceived and Experienced by Intensive Care Unit Nurses: An Interpretive Qualitative Analysis

This scholarly article review with post-test is designed allow nurses to reflect on and articulate the diverse ways wellbeing is perceived and experienced by their peers in intensive care settings, enhancing their understanding of the emotional, psychological, and professional challenges unique to ICU nursing, and fostering strategies to support personal and collective wellbeing in high-stress environments.
