This scholarly article review with post-test is designed to enhance nurses' ability to distinguish between tenecteplase and alteplase in the context of acute ischemic stroke (AIS), thereby supporting accurate and timely treatment decisions. It also aims to equip nurses with evidence-based knowledge for the appropriate selection and administration of thrombolytics, ensuring their safe and effective use. Additionally, the activity promotes standardized practices that can improve patient outcomes and increase operational efficiency within stroke care pathways
