THR Journal Article Review: Examining Burnout in Interprofessional Intensive Care Unit Clinicians Using Qualitative Analysis

This scholarly article review with post-test is designed to equip Texas Health RNs with the knowledge and skills to recognize the symptoms and consequences of burnout and identify factors that contribute to burnout through an analysis of a research project regarding burnout in the interprofessional intensive care unit (ICU) team and apply it to their own practice.
