THR Journal Article Review - From Detractors to Promoters: A Comparative Analysis of Patient Experience Drivers Across Net Promoter Score Subcategories

This scholarly article review is designed to improve clinicians’ ability to analyze qualitative patient feedback and apply insights to practice. It aims to enhance skills in identifying key drivers of patient experience, differentiating needs across NPS subgroups, and implementing targeted, evidence-based interventions. The activity will promote changes in care delivery by strengthening communication, empathy, responsiveness, and environmental awareness. Ultimately, this will support improved patient experience outcomes, increased conversion of Passives to Promoters, and more effective use of patient feedback in quality improvement initiatives.
