THD Cardiovascular Symposium - Cardiovascular Medical Mumbo-Jumbo
Target Audience
This interprofessional activity is designed for physicians, physician assistants and nurses involved in the care of cardiovascular patients. We also invite pharmacists, radiology technologists, respiratory care provider, EMS providers and allied health professionals to take this course. Cardiovascular patients require coordination and collaboration from a variety of providers to deliver time-sensitive treatment. Providers must collaborate to deliver prompt care with evidence-based pathways. Most providers are not aware of the importance of their role from transfer coordination with EMS to treatment modalities in the inpatient and outpatient setting. This educational symposium will help guide all members of the treatment team on how to collaboratively care for the spectrum of cardiovascular patients.
