A look at the continuum of care of pre, peri and post op transplantation from a nursing and social worker perspective

Demonstrates knowledge about kidney transplantation including selection, evaluation, and the surgical process
Identifies optimization of financial resources for patients considering transplantation
Explain how to coordinate social support for patients considering transplantation, and the support group options for these patients.
