2026 Annual Breastfeeding Education - Supplementation of the Breastfeeding Infant

This activity is designed to improve competence by enabling nurses to perform accurate feeding assessments and identify appropriate indications for supplementation, select and safely implement evidence-based supplementation methods, apply best practices for alternative feeding techniques, donor milk use, and nipple shield management, and promote consistent, guideline-aligned feeding practices to improve neonatal outcomes.
