This interprofessional activity is designed for the hip fracture medical director, the orthopedic clinical nurse specialist, and THFW representatives from the following departments: quality improvement, emergency room, operating room, anesthesia, orthopedic division, hospitalist, geriatrician, trauma, physical therapy, social work, case management, laboratory, pharmacy, and dietary.
