Target Audience
This online interprofessional educational enduring material is designed for all THR palliative care team members. Its purpose is to address the fact that there is a need to address tools and strategies for improved patient care when palliative care services are being utilized. There is a need to improve the well-being of those with chronic and progressive diseases.
