Hardwired for Hospitality Part 2: Meet the Hospitality High Five

In the first session we identified the need for a hospitality mindset. During this session, we introduce the Hospitality High Five and why having a concerted plan in regards to integrating hospitality into our daily work is critical. So often we see organizations who have the best of intentions to provide an exceptional experience; however, they struggle to identify a plan that will get them the results they desire. Have you ever felt like you are throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks? The Hospitality High Five provides a roadmap to improve community health and quality of life, partner with patients in their health and wellness while delivering care with compassion, and emphasize organizational values of providing high quality care to our communities. By implementing the Hospitality High Five, you demonstrate your organization's commitment to community and create a culture of excellence focused on access to high quality healthcare delivered with compassion, respect, and integrity.
