In the first session we identified the need for a hospitality mindset. During this session, we introduce the Hospitality High Five and why having a concerted plan in regards to integrating hospitality into our daily work is critical. So often we see organizations who have the best of intentions to provide an exceptional experience; however, they struggle to identify a plan that will get them the results they desire.
