How to Create a New Account

  1. Go to ce.texashealth.org and click Register in the top-right corner of the page
    • You will need a valid email address to create an account.
  2. Enter the following information: email, create and confirm password, first name, last name, street, city, country, state, postal code, profession, credentials/degree, how you would like your name to appear on certificate, primary hospital and/or clinic affiliation, specialty
  3. After entering the required information, answer the captcha question and click Create New Account

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to ce.texashealth.org and click Log in in the top-right corner of the page
  2. Click Request New Password
  3. Enter your email
  4. Answer the captcha question and click Email New Password
  5. Check your email for the password reset.  If you do not receive an automated email from EthosCE, please email THRJA@TexasHealth.org

How to Link your Cell Phone to your Account

  1. Go to ce.texashealth.org and click Log in in the top-right corner of the page
  2. Enter your email, password and click Log in
  3. Click My Account
  4. Click Edit
  5. Click Mobile
  6. Enter your phone number, select the country and click Confirm Number
    • Please do not use spaces or dashes when entering your cell phone number

How to Claim Credit Using the Cell Phone Sign In

*** Participants must claim credit within 7 days of the activity date.  After 7 days, no credit will be issued for the activity.

  1. Text the Activity Code to 817-396-7088
    • The activity code will be provided at the activity you attend
  2. Receive Text Message
    • If your mobile number is not in EthosCE, you will receive a text – "No account on file" followed by instructions on how to create an account and add your number
    • If your mobile number is in EthosCE, you will receive a text – "Your attendance has been added to your Pending Activities list"
  3. Log in to EthosCE
  4. Complete the Evaluation
  5. Claim Credit
    • Check the credit type
    • Enter credit amount
    • After your credit has been entered, you have completed the activity

    • Enter credit amount
    • After your credit has been entered, you have completed the activity

Accessing your Online Transcript and Certificates

Anyone who has participated in a Texas Health Resources sponsored continuing education activity can look at their participation records.  Here are instructions on how to get to your transcript:

  1. Go to ce.texashealth.org and Log in
  2. Click My Account then Transcript
  3. Enter the date completed from/to and click Apply
    • You will see a list of the activities you completed during this time
    • You can click on Download PDF to print or save the file

** We are in the process of transferring historical data from our old learning management system to EthosCE.  If you need a transcript for activities attended prior to June 2021, please email THRJA@TexasHealth.org so we can pull your transcript from the old learning management system.  We hope to have all the historical data imported in EthosCE by September 30, 2021.
