Target Audience

This online educational enduring material is designed for OB/GYN physicians.  We also invite nurses to take this course.  Its purpose is for physicians to become more knowledgeable about the obstetrical/gynecological diseases and conditions and more efficient in the evaluation and management of concerns unique to their patients.  

Learning Objectives

At the end of this online enduring material, participants should be able to:

  • Identify which adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs) are associated with risk for future atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
  • Describe recommended follow-up for patients with APOs, as described in recent AHA/ACC scientific statements and guidelines
