Cardiovascular patients require coordination and collaboration from a variety of providers to deliver time-sensitive treatment.  Providers must collaborate to deliver prompt care with evidence-based pathways.  Most providers are not aware of the importance of their role from transfer coordination with EMS to treatment modalities in the inpatient and outpatient setting.  This educational activity will help guide physicians and all members of the treatment team on how to collaboratively care for cardiovascular patients.
